HarborView is located in New Port Richey, Florida, just 3 miles east of the Gulf of Mexico.  New Port Richey is a small, quiet community, 10 miles north of Tarpon Springs...the home of the famous Sponge Docks. Downtown New Port Richey is the only city along the West Pasco county coast with a business district offering streetscapes and charming retail shops.  The meandering Cottee River, with its crystal blue waters, weaves through the center of town. Downtown is within walking distance of our Park.

HarborView is a beautiful 460+ Unit Adult Community that borders a Florida Wildlife Reserve. The Canal System throughout the park is connected to the Cottee River by a series of Large Culvert Pipes. The river in turn flows into the Gulf of Mexico just 3 miles away. Our Large Clubhouse, Recreational Grounds, and Solar Heated Pool are accessible to all the park residents Year Round!

HarborView is about 30 miles North of Tampa International Airport.  Busch Gardens is about a 40 minute drive from the park.  Disney World, Epcot Center, and Universal Studios are just a 1 1/2 hour drive to the East.
